Company General
The first thing to start with when personalizing settings is the basic settings and information about your company. We will explain for each tab what option it offers and what information needs to be entered.
• Basic - the idea of this tab is to enter all generals and contact in one place data of your company. You need to enter the official name of your company, PIB, and company registration number. It is also necessary to enter contact numbers as well as official emails for customer support as well as sales. You can personalize invoices and proforma invoices by entering the specific headers you want to display when printing. Another very important item is that you can enter your giro account here, and the base currency will be set automatically.
• Marketing - this tab is intended for your best possible promotion. By entering your logo you will achieve recognition and better self-promotion. You are also given the opportunity to enter links from all platforms on which you have created a profile or page, where users can find out more about the services and products you offer (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google Plus, Youtube).
• Address - here you are given the option to enter multiple addresses, such as the address of your company, the address of your warehouse, the address of your branches, etc.
